Tahini Protein Bites
Makes: 16 bites
Prep Time: 10 min (no bake)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
40g dark chocolate, melted (for drizzle)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until dough-like.
Roll into balls or press into bite-sized squares.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and a pinch of sea salt.
Chill for 15 minutes. Pack in paper boxes or jars with liners.
