Tahini Protein Bites

Makes: 16 bites
Prep Time: 10 min (no bake)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 40g dark chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until dough-like.

  2. Roll into balls or press into bite-sized squares.

  3. Drizzle with melted chocolate and a pinch of sea salt.

  4. Chill for 15 minutes. Pack in paper boxes or jars with liners.
