Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Jars with Berry Compote

Ingredients:
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
100g cream cheese or mascarpone (optional)
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup granola or oat crumbs
1½ cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for compote)
Instructions:
Compote: In a pan, simmer berries with 1 tbsp honey and chia seeds for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Cream layer: Blend yogurt, cream cheese (if using), vanilla, and sweetener.
Layer crushed oats or granola at the bottom of jars.
Add yogurt mix, then top with compote.
Chill for at least 30 min. Garnish with extra berries before serving.
