My Philosophy
I believe that true health goes beyond numbers on a scale or strict food rules. It’s about nourishing your body, respecting your journey, and developing a mindset of self-love and growth.
As a clinical dietitian with a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Surrey, my approach is rooted in science and guided by compassion.
My Work
In my private practice, I specialize in evidence-based, personalized nutrition care — helping individuals manage a range of health conditions and improve their quality of life through food, lifestyle changes, and support.
Some of the ways I support my community:
Hosting educational and goal-setting sessions for both adults and children
Partnering with the Cancer Patients Support Organization (PASYKAF) to provide home-based nutritional care for people undergoing cancer treatment
Supporting patients through GESY, with tailored nutrition plans for a wide variety of medical and lifestyle-related needs
The LoveYourself Club
I co-founded TheLoveYourself Club to help others build self-worth, confidence, and healthy habits from the inside out. Through workshops, group sessions, and open dialogue, we focus on self-love, mental health, and personal growth, specifically for women.

Alongside a colleague, I also co-created TheNutriDuo, a social media platform where we share science-backed content on health, nutrition, and wellbeing in a fun and approachable way.
Through educational posts, myth-busting tips, and easy-to-follow recipe videos, we aim to make trustworthy nutrition guidance more accessible and engaging — cutting through the noise of trends and misinformation.
