These frozen bites are naturally sweetened and rich in healthy fats and probiotics (thanks to the yogurt!). They're an excellent alternative to store-bought ice cream and can easily fit into a balanced diet.

Dietitian Tip:
To boost protein further, use Greek yogurt or add a tablespoon of unflavored protein powder to the mix. You can also swap peanut butter for almond or sunflower seed butter for variety or allergy-friendly options.

A Guilt-Free Treat That Hits the Sweet Spot

If you're looking for a creamy, satisfying dessert that’s packed with flavor but light as well — this is the ice cream-style treat you've been waiting for! These frozen yogurt bites combine wholesome ingredients with a deliciously indulgent texture. Perfect for cooling off during hot summer days or enjoying as a post-meal treat with a boost of protein.

🥄 Ingredients (Makes 23 Bites):

  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular, depending on your texture preference)

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (no added sugar or oils preferred)

  • 5 tsp honey

  • 200g dark couverture chocolate (for coating or drizzling)

  • 30g chopped cashews (optional, for extra crunch and healthy fats)

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray — this will give you bite-sized portions.

  3. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours or until firm.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate and dip each frozen bite or drizzle it over the top.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped cashews if using.

  6. Place back in the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate sets.
